Q. Where is your store located?

Q. Where do you get your vintage from?

A. Every single piece of our vintage clothing is hand picked. This is done locally as well as internationally through a variety of methods and sources. 

Q. What is your returns policy?

A. Our Returns Policy can be found here. It will explain in detail which circumstances may be eligible for either an exchange or refund.

Q. How can I find my correct size?

A. Our Sizing Guide can be found here. If you need any additional help finding your correct shoe or clothing size, you can reach out to us at soldoutau@gmail.com.

Q. Do you offer free shipping?

A. Yes! All orders over $299 AUD are eligible for free shipping. For more information on shipping rates and times, please click here.

Q. Can I purchase an item if I am outside of Australia?

A. Yes we ship Worldwide.

Q. Can I cancel or change my order?

A. We strive to fulfil and dispatch all orders within one business day. For this reason it is important to contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order. You can email us at soldoutau@gmail.com, or call us on 0432 885 445 between the hours of 11am and 5.30pm.

Q. Are all of your items authentic?

A. All of our vintage clothes are guaranteed 100% authentic. Our vintage clothing is also made up of original authentic pieces from the 70s, 80s, 90s, and early 00s.

Q. Are your items new or used?

A. Our vintage and streetwear clothing items are a mix with the majority being pre-loved. All items are described in detail in the product listings and any pre-loved items have been carefully washed by us so they are ready to wear as soon as you receive them!

Q. Why does this item have a mark / hole / other flaw?

A. Due to the majority of our vintage items being pre-loved, they may show signs of wear like distressing, fading, holes, etc. We believe these features only add to the individuality and character of each piece. Any such flaws in the item will be described in the description and photographed closely.

Q. Can I get the same item just in another size?

A. All of our vintage items are one-off items that are hand-picked. This makes it quite difficult to find the exact piece in multiple sizes.

A. We are most active on our Instagram which you can find here, and on Facebook which you can find here. We'd love to see how you style your items that you have purchased from us! Tag us in your posts or stories for a chance to be re shared.
